Teen Parent Scholarship

Requirements: A graduating senior  that is pregnant or parenting, who has improved his/her attendance and academic performance and will be attending college due to a PSA Counselor's intervention.

Note: Nominating PSA Counselor must be an APSAC member.

Applicant - Please write a 1 page doubled spaced essay which includes why you desire the scholarship. Include your personal goals and the method (s) which will be used to accomplish these goals.

APSAC Counselor - Please write a short narrative about this applicant. We also want to use this opportunity to educate LAUSD Board members and other educators about our work. Be sure to include your role in applicant's success!
